Redesigning Statewide Evaluations to be more Efficient, Effective, and Meaningful at the Site, Grantee, and State Level

No data wasted! Missouri completely revised the local and statewide evaluations to have parallel goals, centralized data collection, and consistent reporting. All data is used consistently for site quality improvement, grantee local evaluation, and statewide evaluation.

Workshop Objectives:

  • 21st CCLC State Administrators will leave with a framework for aligning local and statewide evaluation
  • Statewide Afterschool Networks, T/TA organizations, and other intermediaries will learn how they can support the SEA with statewide data collection and reporting
  • 21st CCLC Grantees will see how data they may already be collecting can apply to site level program improvement, grantee external evaluation, and the statewide evaluation
