County COVID relief

Working parents depend on afterschool programs and the COVID crisis has only made these programs more vital. Afterschool programs help parents keep their jobs and will play an important role in helping youth recover academically, socially and emotionally from school closures. Unfortunately, many programs have fallen through the gaps in COVID relief funding. In fact, 75% of Missouri afterschool programs are in danger of closing.

You can use your county’s Coronavirus Relief Fund to help parents get back to work. Afterschool programs have incurred easy-to-document expenses as a direct result of the COVID-19 crisis.
